Baby it’s cold outside! And when you step out of your morning shower, nothing takes the chill off quite like a warm, toasty towel or a heated robe.
These days, you don’t have to go to a 5 star hotel to treat yourself to such luxury. All you need is a towel warmer in your bathroom. And it’s not such an extravagance as you might think.
Towel warmers are available in many different styles, finishes and configurations. They can be hard-wired or plugged into a wall.
In new homes, they’re easily integrated into the electrical system during construction.
In existing homes, where hardwiring would require the skills of a licensed electrician or plumber, there are plenty of freestanding models that simply plug into an outlet. That’s about as easy as any installation can be!
And the cost? They can range from less than $300-$400 to over $4,000 (gulp!) depending on installation costs, size, style and make, but many portable (plug-in) options are available in the lower range.
You can find them at most local plumbing suppliers or online.
So what are you waiting for? There’s no better time to indulge yourself than during the cold winter months.
